Business Name: Just Clean It - Car Washing

By booking, scheduling, or receiving any service from Just Clean It, the client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are in place to ensure clear expectations, safety, and fairness for both parties.

1. Services

Just Clean It provides exterior, interior, premium car wash, and additional wash-related services. All services are performed to the best of our ability using industry-standard products and techniques.

Services are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed are base prices and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and level of dirt.

• Additional charges may apply for:

  • SUVs, vans, and larger vehicles

  • Excessive dirt, stains, sand, mud, or pet hair

  • Special requests or add-on services

• Final pricing is assessed on-site before or during service.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We accept approved payment methods as listed at booking or on-site.

3. SUV & Large Vehicle Charges

SUVs (3–5 rows) are subject to an additional size-based fee. Vehicles larger than this may require a custom quote. Please contact us in advance for pricing on oversized vehicles.

4. Pet Hair Removal

Pet hair removal pricing varies based on severity and vehicle size. Heavy pet hair may require additional time and specialized tools. Final pricing is determined on-site and additional charges may apply.

5. Appointments & Scheduling

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and vehicle information.

• Late arrivals of the vehicle may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

• We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

• In certain cases, a cancellation fee may apply.

7. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Clients must inform us of:

• Pre-existing damage

• Loose parts

• Electrical issues

• Aftermarket modifications

Just Clean It is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing scratches, dents, paint damage, rust, or fading

• Mechanical or electrical failures

• Damage caused by worn or defective parts

• Items left inside the vehicle

We strongly recommend removing all personal belongings before service.

8. Damage & Liability

While we take great care with every vehicle, Just Clean It is not liable for:

• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions

• Normal wear and tear

• Fragile or improperly secured items

• Damage resulting from client-provided instructions

Any concerns must be reported before the technician leaves the site. Claims made after this time may not be accepted.

9. Satisfaction Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us immediately so we may address the issue. Refunds or re-services are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Weather Policy

Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, ice, or unsafe temperatures. Just Clean It is not responsible for weather-related outcomes after service completion.

11. Memberships & Promotions

• Memberships, discounts, and promotions are subject to specific terms.

• Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

• Just Clean It reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

12. Safety & Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who displays inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior toward staff.

13. Photography & Marketing

By receiving services, clients grant Just Clean It permission to photograph vehicles for marketing purposes, including social media and website use. License plates and personal identifiers will not be shown unless consent is given.

14. Changes to Terms

Just Clean It reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec in which services are provided.
